Shipping Policy

Shipping transit times depend on the design, fabric and quantity you choose. We start crafting orders only after we receive orders from you. Each order is solely made for a particular customer and so are designed accordingly. Indis-Ca understands the demands of the customers and tries the best to deliver the order within 7 to 10 business days. However, as every order is tailor-made, sometimes the order may take a little while to get ready, and the shipping might get delayed. For any such concern, you can reach out to us at indiscaindia@gmail.com, and we will surely resolve your queries at the earliest. Any order once placed at Indis-Ca, can not be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

Indis-Ca is about crafting unique fabrics for unique personalities. The happiness of our customers by delivering bespoke fabric is extremely important to us. Each and every order is tailor-made for the individual who orders it. This means, we only accept a return product if you receive any flawed or damaged order from us. Meaning, we only exchange or return orders if you received damaged or flawed orders like with wrong designs/fabric or damaged fabric. If you wish to return for an order, we are happy to work with you to make sure you’re not stuck with fabric that you can not make the best use of your designed fabric and that you absolutely love it.

- Before you mail your package to us for return or reimbursement, talk to our team. Call or email us.

- Please include all relevant information along with a photo of the issues (that you received) and order name or number if applicable for quicker and smoother processing.

- We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, choose the shipping service that’s more convenient for you.

- We give customers 5 days to let us know if there’s an issue with the order they received. Check your order promptly after you receive it to not miss the boat.
